Offering, sea, golf and mountain views, you can chase the sun all day  with morning and afternoon sun on the rear terrace and late afternoon and evening sun on the front area reading nook.  Our apartment has been fully renovated offering a boutique hotel style finish, with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 sumptuous spa like bathrooms,

Discover Manilva

Located on the western Costa del Sol, the Spanish municipality of Manilva is made up of the whitewashed hillside town and 5 miles coastal towns such as La Duquesa, with its very pretty marina, San Luis de Sabinillas a traditional small Spanish town and Playa de la Chullera. Discover Manilva, and you'll discover Spain.

Location

Situated between Sotogrande and Gibraltar to the west and Estepona and Marbella to the east, Manilva is the perfect location form which to explore the costa del Sol and the wider Andalusia. Must see sites that can easily be reached include Seville, Rhonda, Tarifa and even Morocco which can be reached in around 2.5 hours! And not forgetting Estepona, Marbella, Mijas, Sotogrande and even Gibraltar which can all be reached in a drive of 40 minutes.

Wow, Wow, Wow - what a stunning apartment, the attention to detail is fabulous - absolutely everything you need is catered for. 

Views from the balcony are amazing, you could spend your day just looking out to the mountains or sea - your choice.  Loved the bistro set on the balcony, lovely place to eat and chill out. The little hub at the front of the apartment is ideal to get late sunshine.  Pools are lovely and very quiet when we visited.

Five minute walk to the marina, then you can walk for miles either direction along the beach front.

Communication and information from hosts was exceptional.

We have stayed in many holiday apartments but this has been the best by far, can't wait to  return.

Another Wow wow wow … have just returned from staying at this most amazing apartment in Duquesa. Our stay was absolutely delightful. The apartment caters for every need you have from the relaxing lounge to the most gorgeous bedrooms/bathrooms. It is a home from home place to enjoy in beautiful Duquesa. With so many amenities close by and interesting places to visit on the doorstep.

Another plus point is the communication from the host Andrea. Instant replies every time.

We can’t wait for our next return to Casa Océano Duquesa.

What a gem. Apartment is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The hosts have thought of everything to make our stay as effortless and comfortable as possible (handy information folder). The views from the balcony are stunning, so sit out there all day basking in the sunshine and amazing views. We would definitely recommend and we look forward returning for another stay. Andrea is super helpful and accommodating.

    Across the street from the apartment is Monty's Courtyard, a square with a selsction of places drink, eateries including 2 cafes and 2 restaurnts, a hairdressers, nail salon, Thai massage, cash machine and a mini mart. 

  • How far are the properties from the nearest beach?

    Depdning on how fast you walk, Casa Océano Duquesa is just a 10 - 15minute walk from the nearest beaches st San Luis de Sabinillias and El Castillo 


    Bothbeaches offer  wide expansive sandy beaches with stunning coastal views. 


    The beach at San Luis de Sabinallias is flanked by a plethfora restuarnats with food to suit every taste. Whilst the beach at El Castillo is quieter and offers s smaller selction of beachside restaurnats called Chirguitos.  


    Both beachses  offer sunbeds for hire and from the marina a few minutes walk away, you can book boat trips,  water excusions such as fishing, dolphin watching,  jet ski's and more. 

  • Is parking available?

    Yes, Casa Océano Duquesa offers free private underground parking for guests and enough space for a golf buggy too! 

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check out can be purcahsed at the time of check in, costing an addtional 10€ which allows you to stay until 7pm. 



  • Is there a hair dryer and washing machine?

    Yes, alos hair straigtnesrs and a tumble dryer too. 

  • Is there a cot and a high chair?

    Yes. This is part of the Baby Bundle which can be purcahsed at the time of check in. The Baby Bundle includes extras for your little one including the high chair, portable cot, chaning mat, bedding, bedtime books, a night light and baby bath. 

  • What is the Beach Bundle?

    The beach bundle is our way of helping you save money. If you love spending long laxy days at the beach, the Beach Bundle is a must for you. The Beach Bundle which can be purchased at check in includes: 2 x deck chairs, 2 x lounge chairs, a beach tent, beach umbrella, up to 6 microfibre beach towetls, inflatables for the kids and more for a one of cost of 50€ per booking.
