House rules

Property Rules

• Music must be played at a reasonable level and not loudly before 10am or after 10pm 
• Pets are not permitted
• No parties or events
• No additional guests other than those stated on the booking.
• Smoking is only permitted on the terrace
• Please do not take the Casa Oceano towels off site. They can be used on the terrace and pool areas only. If you wish you can purchase the Beach Bundle which includes all the beach essential including towels, deck chairs, beach umbrella, inflatables and more. Click HERE for details and to purchase. 

Community Rules

• No laundry or towels to be hung over the railings, at the front of the property or in sight. Laundry can be hung on the close rail towards the rear of the terrace out of sight. 
• Children should be supervised in the Community room at all times.
• No wet swimwear should be worn in the Community room to avoid accidents
• The use of charcoal BBQs is strictly prohibited. 



Pool Rules 

• Children should be supervised at all times.
• Babies and young children should wear appropriate swimwear.
• No reserving sunbeds with towels or books!
• Sunbeds should be put back after use.
• No glass is permitted anywhere around the pool area. Plastic glasses are in the apartment if you need them.
• No large floats are permitted in the pool.
• No ball games are permitted around the pool area.
• No music without earphones.
• No smoking around the pool area, (Ashtrays are provided outside the community room)
